Sandeepani is an institution that addresses the need of excellence in education for the embedded systems field.

To enable such excellence in teaching , we have envisaged the need of a proper combination of teaching capability which is augmented with proper infrastructure and curriculum that delivers an industry relevant tutorial.

Sandeepani Faculty team consists of Experienced Design Managers, Project Leaders, Senior Design Engineers and Application Engineers having wide practical exposure.

In the broader sense of industry, teaching alone does not suffice to enhance the knowledge base, . It is imperative to "Mentor". At Sandeepani mentors are professional and enthusiastic; they have extensive experience teaching students from all walks of life. Some of them have taught at universities and companies. All mentors at Sandeepani are dedicated and are available anytime, students find that our mentors are well informed about the current technological developments, who don't restrict their knowledge imparting process within the curriculum. Sandeepani also provides periodic skill enhancement of all the mentors to ensure high competency and effective methodology.

In this process, distortions are bound to occur; gaps in the process of learning, teaching and the technological market requirement and expectations are bound to appear. Especially in a field like VLSI Design where not only the study of past but the vision for future is a must. As a result, at times, our education system appear / become ineffective and inadequate.

We launch upon this endeavor to level to this education / knowledge space available.

Our attempt here is to walk beside the students, and relive the excitement of discovering what we these days either assume or accept without much argument. It is a common saying that necessity is the mother of invention. Did all knowledge that mankind now possesses, arise from physical needs alone? Or is curiosity also a need of human beings, as critical as their physical needs. In our view, it is man's physical needs combined with his metaphysical needs that led to the pursuit and accumulation of knowledge.

We plan to structure our programs which are not around a curriculum but a complete Educational methodology which fills the gap between VLSI Design job requirement and basic engineering course, It also helps to create innovative and curious minds with a vision for future. Sandeepani has evolved a learning approach, which consists of several distinct stages. These stages are designed to add significant value to the candidates' understanding of the subject in an incremental manner.
